Preparar os pratos do cardápio do dia, a partir das demandas recebidas, cozinhando, grelhando, assando os alimentos, Montar pratos individuais, buffets, bandejas etc. e distribuir nos locais de consumo, Executar atividades de confeitaria, finalizando/montando doces e sobremesas, Prestar informações e esclarecimentos aos clientes sobre os pratos servidos, quando solicitado, Orientar o II Cozinheiro e Ajudante de Cozinha, Orientar o Ajudante de Cozinha, Cumprir, integralmente, as boas práticas de segurança alimentar, Utilizar os Equipamentos de Proteção Individual e Coletivo (EPI’s e EPC’s) obrigatórios para a execução das suas atividades, Zelar pelos equipamentos e materiais sob sua responsabilidade.
