Revenue Manager – Mövenpick Resort Khao Yai

Position Summary

Mövenpick Resort Khao Yai is seeking a dynamic and analytical Revenue Manager to lead the resort’s revenue optimization strategy across all market segments. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing revenue, occupancy, ADR, and profitability through effective pricing, inventory management, forecasting, and distribution strategies while working closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and total hotel revenue.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor performance, demand patterns, and booking pace to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Manage room inventory, rate structures, restrictions, and distribution channels to optimize profitability.
  • Lead the weekly Revenue Management Meetings and provide strategic recommendations to the Executive Committee.
  • Produce accurate forecasts, budgets, and business outlook reports.
  • Monitor and optimize OTA performance, channel mix, and third-party distribution costs.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and tactical offers.
  • Evaluate group business opportunities and provide displacement analyses.
  • Ensure pricing integrity across all distribution channels.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for management.
  • Support the development of long-term commercial strategies aligned with the resort’s positioning and objectives.

 

Qualifications

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Revenue Management within the hotel industry.
  • Previous experience in an upscale resort environment preferred.
  • Strong understanding of revenue management principles, forecasting, pricing, and distribution.
  • Experience with hotel PMS, CRS and Revenue Management Systems.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Fluent in English; Thai language skills are an advantage.
