Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is currently looking for a talented Chef de Rang to join our Team for the Summer 2026 season. This role offers the opportunity to be part of the Atrium Bar Team, supporting daily operations and delivering exceptional service in a dynamic and elegant bar setting.

 

About the role:

The Chef de Rang provides exceptional quality and service to Atrium Bar guests. In this role, you will be tasked with providing an expertly served beverage or dining experience; anticipating the guests’ needs and as an expert on the menu options; and delivering memorable guest experiences.

 

What you will do:

Provide an enjoyable, expertly served beverage or dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness.

Describe the selection of food & beverage menu items to guests by offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of each item.

Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.

Prepare and present bills accurately and perform all duties related to bar closing shifts.

Greet and seat guests in a professional manner and take reservations conforming to Four Seasons standards.

Support the team in preparing and serving a selection of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending.

Assist in setting and clearing tables neatly, rapidly and completely according to specification.

Assist in the breakdown, cleaning and set-up of buffets and food stations.
