Food & Beverage Coordinator

This role is ideal for an organised and detail-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and enjoys being across both operational and administrative responsibilities.

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all food and beverage ordering in line with operational and kitchen requirements
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support regular stock takes and reconciliations
• Oversee store areas to ensure cleanliness, correct stock rotation, and food safety compliance
• Monitor and maintain HACCP food safety documentation and hygiene standards
• Liaise with suppliers, manage deliveries and returns, and support cost control initiatives
• Support efficient stock levels across kitchens, identifying slow-moving or excess items
• Ensure timely receiving, storage, and documentation of goods in line with company standards
• Assist with reporting and administrative tasks to support F&B operational efficiency

• Experience in food and beverage coordination, administration, or hospitality operations
• Strong understanding of food and beverage products with attention to quality and cost control
• Knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP compliance
• Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy operational environment
• Proactive, adaptable, and confident working across teams and stakeholders
