W Prague is looking for an energetic and service-driven Whatever/Whenever Agent to become a key connection point between our guests and hotel departments. This role serves as the first point of contact for guests across phone, email, and digital communication channels, playing a vital part in creating exceptional and personalized guest experiences.
You will be responsible for handling guest inquiries with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency, ensuring seamless communication and delivering service in the spirit of the W brand promise: Whatever they want, whenever they want it. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment.
