Job Description

 

The Marketing Supervisor is responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive revenue, and promote the hotel’s services and facilities. The role involves coordinating marketing campaigns, managing digital and traditional marketing activities, monitoring market trends, and ensuring brand standards are consistently maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing annual marketing plans and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate digital marketing activities, including social media, website content, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Work closely with the Sales, Revenue, and Operations teams to support business objectives.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.
• Coordinate the creation of marketing materials, advertisements, and promotional content.
• Maintain brand standards across all marketing communications and hotel platforms.
• Support the management of relationships with agencies, media partners, and external vendors.
• Track and analyze campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
• Assist in organizing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Ensure all marketing activities align with the hotel’s objectives and corporate guidelines.

 

Qualifications

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and social media management.
• Experience with content creation, campaign management, and marketing analytics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools and digital marketing platforms is an advantage.
• Previous experience in the Makkah market is considered an advantage.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
