Job Description

 

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Director of Sales to lead our sales operations in Udaipur, India. In this strategic leadership role, you will drive organizational revenue growth, develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, and build and mentor a high-performing sales team. As a key member of our executive leadership, you will be instrumental in expanding market presence, fostering strong client relationships, and positioning our organization for sustainable success in a competitive marketplace.

  • Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive sales strategies that identify market opportunities, analyze industry trends, and drive sustainable revenue growth and business expansion across all market segments
  • Lead, recruit, and mentor a high-performing sales team by providing coaching on negotiation, communication, and closing techniques; conduct regular performance reviews and foster a supportive, inclusive work environment
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders; prepare detailed market segment action plans and handle complex sales inquiries with professionalism and empathy
  • Manage sales contracts, proposals, and agreements; ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Analyze market data, competitor activity, and industry benchmarks to identify opportunities for differentiation, innovation, and competitive advantage in service offerings
  • Set, monitor, and achieve revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs); prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline analysis, and comprehensive performance reports for senior management
  • Oversee budget management and P&L responsibility for the sales division; allocate resources efficiently to maximize return on investment and operational efficiency
