Learning & Development Executive

Job Description

 

We are currently seeking a Learning & Development Executive to join our vibrant team. As a Learning & Development Executive, you bring energy, creativity, and a solution-oriented mindset to the People & Culture team, with a strong passion for developing talent and enhancing team member learning experiences that contribute to individual growth and overall organizational success.

  • Supports the effective operation of the Learning & Development function within the People & Culture Department, ensuring all training and development activities are planned, coordinated, and delivered to the highest standards.
  • Works collaboratively with departments to enhance team member capability and service excellence, promoting a culture of continuous learning while responding positively and efficiently to training requests and development needs.
  • Takes responsibility for coordinating training programs, maintaining learning records, and ensuring all development activities are conducted in a timely, professional, and well-organized manner.
  • Contributes to achieving departmental training objectives and hotel learning initiatives, ensuring compliance with brand standards, company programs, and development targets.
  • Collaborates closely with department heads and managers to identify training needs, monitor progress, and support performance improvement through structured development initiatives.
  • Builds strong working relationships with team members across all departments while promoting the organization’s culture, values, and commitment to employee growth.
  • Ensures all training documentation, compliance requirements, and development records are properly maintained in line with legislation, brand standards, and audit requirements, supporting both internal and external audits when required.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Professional qualification from a recognized Hotel School or Hospitality Management institute.
  • Basic experience in HR or Learning & Development in hospitality is an advantage.
  • Hands-on, proactive work style with a positive attitude.
  • Passion for team member development and delivering excellent guest service.
  • Ability to identify training needs and implement effective learning solutions.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to excellence.
  • Good knowledge of IT systems and training/learning platforms.
