About the Job
Based at Mandarin Oriental Qianmen, Beijing the Front Office Overseas Intern will support the hotel’s Front Office team in delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role plays a key part in creating memorable first impressions, assisting with guest requests, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. The intern reports to the Front Office Manager and works closely with the Reception, Concierge, and Guest Relations teams.
