Based at The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong within F&B Service Division in Hong Kong, the Bar Manager – Champagne Bar will be responsible in supervising the day-to-day restaurant operation encompassing business level projection and promotional activities. Initiate training to enhance the consistency in service and standards. The Bar Manager – Champagne Bar reports to the Food & Beverage Manager.
