We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our dynamic team in Jakarta, Indonesia. In this role, you will work collaboratively with the Food & Beverage Manager to deliver exceptional dining experiences while leading and developing our talented F&B team. • Assist in managing daily operations of the food and beverage department while maintaining high standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the F&B Manager to develop and implement innovative menu concepts, service strategies, and operational improvements
• Lead, train, mentor, and motivate F&B team members to consistently deliver outstanding customer service and maintain professional standards
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, implement cost control measures, and optimize profitability through efficient resource management
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety regulations, health codes, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment
• Address guest complaints promptly, professionally, and empathetically to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing special events, promotions, and themed dining experiences
• Analyze sales data, guest feedback, and operational metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Participate in staff scheduling, payroll management, and performance evaluations to support team development
• Manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure quality products and competitive pricing
• Stay current with industry trends, culinary innovations, and best practices in F&B operations
• Customize service experiences based on guest preferences and dietary requirements
