Job Description

 

  • Responsible for the overall management and smooth functioning of the Rooms Division, including Front Office and Housekeeping operations and overlooking F&B Service part.
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences through high service standards, personalized attention, and prompt resolution of guest concerns.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the Rooms Division team to achieve operational excellence and service goals.
  • Oversee room inventory management, occupancy optimization, and effective coordination with Sales and Revenue teams.
  • Monitor departmental budgets, cost controls, productivity, and operational efficiencies.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, SOPs, hygiene, safety, and quality audit requirements.
  • Drive guest satisfaction scores through continuous improvement initiatives and service recovery practices.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless guest journeys and operational coordination.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and skill development programs for team members.
  • Responsible for achieving departmental KPIs, enhancing profitability, and maintaining high standards of hospitality excellence.

 

Qualifications

 

Degree in Hotel Management.

10 years’ of work experience.

Strive for results (Success oriented, data finder, initiate / pro-active).

Excellent Communication Skills

Ability to think strategically, inductively & creatively.

Pleasant personality & grooming.
