Job Description

 

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you’ll be responsible for delivering friendly, efficient and professional service across our restaurant and bar. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and exceptional experience from start to finish.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide high‑quality food and beverage service that exceeds guest expectations
  • Greet, seat and assist guests with menus, enquiries and reservations
  • Take and process orders accurately using the POS system
  • Deliver meals and beverages promptly and professionally
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of menu items, promotions and upselling opportunities
  • Follow food safety, hygiene and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements
  • Always maintain cleanliness and presentation of service areas
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and wider hotel teams
