What you’ll do…

You’ll manage meetings and events from enquiry to handover, making sure every detail is covered and every guest has a great experience.

Day to day you’ll:

• Handle enquiries, create proposals and convert bookings.
• Plan events and ensure a smooth handover to our operations team.
• Build lasting relationships with clients and encourage repeat business.
• Conduct site visits and show rounds.
• Keep Opera Cloud up to date and prepare weekly function sheets.
• Work closely with other departments to deliver seamless events.
• Spot opportunities to upsell and support the wider sales team when needed.
