Hostess

To strengthen our team, we are looking to recruit a Restaurant Hostess at the earliest possible date.

You will work in our hotel’s breakfast area and, as part of the team, ensure that our guests receive exceptional food and beverage service at all times.

Your main responsibilities:

You ensure our guests get the perfect start to their day:Support and assist in the smooth running of the food & beverage department, where all aspects of the guest food & beverage service experience are delivered to the highest levels, ensuring both property and company standards are attained and adhered to.

Handles all telephone calls courteously and efficiently and Handles guest complaints in accordance with service recovery guidelines.

You are responsible for the proper setting and maintenance of tables as well as cleanliness throughout the work area because a well-presented environment makes all the difference.

With your friendly demeanor, you actively contribute to a pleasant atmosphere and attentively cater to our guests’ wishes to ensure they feel completely at ease.
