ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager for W Edinburgh and SUSHISAMBA, you will be the key point of contact for our guests when they come for breakfast in the restaurant: making them feel welcome, taking their food and drink orders, making recommendations, and ensuring they have the best possible time while dining with us.
Joining the team means you will be instrumental to the success of the hotel’s breakfast operation and beyond. We are looking for someone who is a people-person, loves the buzz of working in a busy restaurant, and is passionate about what they do!
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the SUSHISAMBA General Manager for W Edinburgh, the Breakfast Supervisor will have overall responsibility for directing the daily operation of the floor, ensuring the breakfast team works together to provide exceptional service to our guests.
