With 238 premium rooms, conferencing facilities, and in house dining, we’ve consistently delivered award winning service since opening our doors in 2018.

This year, we’re reimagining what exceptional guest service is at our hotel; not only are we refreshing our restaurant’s culinary identity, we’re also upgrading the layout of our lobby, and modernising our service delivery systems to facilitate highly personalised accommodation experiences.

 

Job Description

 

We’re looking for a hands-on leader who will be able to role model exceptional guest service, and be an ambassador of our hotel’s identity, and brand. Our Duty Managers are integral in managing all components of front office operations, including inventory & reservations management, guest satisfaction, and championing Accor’s loyalty program. In the absence of the Front Office Manager, and other senior leadership, the Duty Manager will manage the hotels operations. The key duties of the role include:

  • Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the hotel, and seize opportunities to provide highly personalised experiences for our guests, maintaining our reputation as an industry leader in guest experience.
  • Review performance metrics such as NPS & RPS to adapt service delivery and maintain a high degree of guest satisfaction.
  • Liaise with leaders of other departments to coordinate groups, C&E, and general guest requests and enquiries.
  • Maintain a high degree of data accuracy in reporting, and internal reservations systems.

 

Qualifications

 

We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate their:

  • Comprehensive Front Office Experience: Demonstrated Significant experience within Front Office Operations, and proven performance within a leadership capacity.
  • Communication and Training Skills: Exceptional communication skills, both spoken and written, to create and promote effective team collaboration.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong critical thinking abilities and a guest-centric approach to creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Systems Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Accor Systems and loyalty platforms.
  • Flexible Availability: Willingness to work various shifts, including mornings, nights, weekends, and public holidays as required.
