Role Overview
The Hotel Manager is the General Manager’s principal operational partner, responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, exceptional guest experiences, and colleague engagement across all areas of the hotel. This role provides strategic and operational leadership across all divisions, with particular expertise in luxury Food & Beverage operations to enhance the hotel’s reputation as a leading dining and hospitality destination.
The Hotel Manager assumes full responsibility for the hotel in the absence of the General Manager and plays a key role in achieving the hotel’s business objectives, maintaining Mandarin Oriental brand standards, and fostering a culture of service excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
