Restaurant Manager

Job mission

Organize and lead the operation of the restaurants, guaranteeing excellent service, compliance with brand standards and the achievement of the economic, quality, work environment and efficiency objectives of the Food & Beverage department.

What will you have to do?

• Supervise the daily operation of the restaurant: service standards, product quality, menu rotation, maintenance and HACCP compliance.
• Managing the team: scheduling, coordinating shifts, training, performance monitoring, and supporting operational needs.
• Control inventories, stock, orders and suppliers, ensuring cost efficiency and correct product implementation.
• Analyze department KPIs (sales, productivity, costs, staff ratios) and support in the preparation of budgets and action plans.
• Handling incidents, social media comments, Voice of the Customer, and participating in operational meetings, creating continuous improvements in the service.
• Implement brand standards, Sensory Architecture and corporate procedures, ensuring team alignment with the ME experience.

What are we looking for?

Training

• Higher or university degree in Tourism, Hospitality or similar area.

Languages

• Local language.
• Advanced English ( third language highly valued ).

Specific knowledge (simplified)

• Dining room and bar operations (F&B).
• Stock management, orders, costs and closings.
• Trends in restaurants and bars.
• HACCP and safety regulations.
• Proficient in POS (REVO), SAP and Office.
• Team leadership and customer focus.

Experience

• 1-2 years in a similar position in the hotel or restaurant industry.
