Based at the Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai, within the Breakfast Restaurant, the Food and Beverage Supervisor will oversee and personally involve all operational aspects of a particular shift to ensure all service steps are followed and guarantee every guest is delighted. The role is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service, managing and developing our team, and delivering exceptional dining experience for our guests. The F&B Supervisor reports to the Assistant Manager.
