At Gran Meliá de Mar , a luxury hotel located in a privileged setting in Mallorca and a benchmark for excellence, we are looking to hire a Sector Manager to lead and coordinate the daily operation of our restaurants, guaranteeing an exceptional experience for our guests.

What will your duties be?

• Supervise and coordinate daily service at the assigned restaurant and/or point of sale.
• Organize and distribute the tasks of the team of waiters/waitresses and assistants.
• To guarantee compliance with the quality and service standards of the Gran Meliá brand.
• To ensure personalized and excellent guest service.
• Manage incidents and resolve complaints effectively.
• Monitor reservations, occupancy, and operational needs of the service.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Participate in the training, motivation and development of the team.
• Monitor compliance with hygiene, food safety and occupational risk prevention standards.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Sector Manager or similar position in luxury hotels or high-end restaurants.
• Training in Hospitality, Tourism or related areas.
• High level of Spanish and English. Other languages ​​will be considered an asset.
• Customer focus and excellence in service.
• Leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Communication skills and incident resolution.
• Knowledge of restaurant service standards and luxury protocols.
