What your workday looks like …

• You take overall responsibility for our Events & Groups department and, together with your team, ensure the smooth execution of all events. At the same time, you keep a close eye on budgets, KPIs, and commercial objectives.
• You are responsible for the planning, coordination, and management of events, seminars, internal functions, and customer partnership projects.
• You work closely with our internal Food & Beverage (F&B) departments, overseeing every stage of an event—from cost calculations and planning through to final billing.
• Together with our Sales Manager, Mario, you manage our key accounts, build long-term client relationships, and actively contribute to new business development and customer acquisition.
• Following each event, you independently implement improvement measures and handle customer complaints professionally to ensure continuous service excellence.
• You stay organized and keep a cool head, even when every event space in the hotel is fully booked and everything is happening at once.
• As a brand ambassador for 25hours Hotels, you build strong relationships with our clients and ensure that every event becomes an unforgettable experience.

Your personality matters more than your resume …

• You have several years of experience in the events and catering industry and have gained initial leadership experience. Ideally, you also have previous experience in the hospitality sector.
• You impress our clients with your positive attitude and enthusiasm. During site inspections, you always have the right answer and go the extra mile to make every request possible.
