Job mission

Prepare, brew, and serve drinks and cocktails according to service manuals, ensuring efficient bar operations and an excellent experience for every customer.

What will you have to do?

• Manage the daily operation of the bar, ensuring order, cleanliness and compliance with brand standards.
• Prepare drinks and cocktails with quality, consistency and impeccable presentation according to corporate recipes.
• Control inventories, equipment, household goods and the condition of the material, reporting needs and following procedures.
• Ensure compliance with opening and closing checklists, hygiene and safety regulations.
• Personalize the customer experience by anticipating needs, offering recommendations, and managing basic issues.
• Supervise the correct lighting, ambiance and bar materials (menus, lists, promotions).

 What are we looking for?

Training

• ESO or Higher Education.
• Training appropriate to the position (cocktail courses, barista, mixology, etc.).

Languages

• Spanish.
• Advanced English (a third language is highly valued).

Specific knowledge

• Basic and/or advanced cocktail techniques.
• Organization, dynamism and attention to detail.
• Customer service skills and teamwork.

Experience

• 1 year  in a similar position or  2 years  as a waiter’s assistant .
