As a Senior Cocktail Server at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, you will be responsible for:

• Meeting and greeting guests in a professional and efficient manner.
• Offering drink recommendations and assisting guests with beverage selections.
• Maintaining excellent knowledge of all cocktails, wines, spirits and food offerings available within the bar.
• Ensuring mise-en-place levels are maintained and service stations remain fully stocked and organised.
• Coordinating the smooth and efficient service of food and beverages alongside the management team.
