 Main mission

As Head Chef , you will be ultimately responsible for the culinary offerings of the Hotel Meliá Madrid Princesa , ensuring an excellent dining experience that aligns with the brand’s standards and is focused on guest satisfaction. You will lead the kitchen area from a creative, operational, and managerial perspective, guaranteeing product quality, departmental profitability, and team development.

 What are we looking for in you?

• Demonstrable experience as Head Chef or Executive Chef in hotels of similar category or high-volume and demanding restaurants.
• Training in cooking , gastronomy or catering ; training in hotel management will be valued.
• Solid knowledge of costs, bills of materials, stock control and budget management .
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.
• Culinary creativity combined with a clear focus on results and standardization .
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
• Ability to work in dynamic environments, with attention to detail and a high level of demand.
• Passion for gastronomy, innovation and customer experience.
