As a Bartender, you’ll create memorable guest experiences through exceptional beverage knowledge, personalised service and genuine hospitality. Working across Bar Tilda and Wentworth Bar, you’ll be part of a passionate team delivering premium cocktail, wine and bar experiences within Sofitel Sydney Wentworth.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, spirits and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard.
• Deliver warm, personalised service and build genuine guest connections.
• Recommend and upsell premium food and beverage offerings.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge across both venues.
• Ensure the bar is clean, organised and service-ready at all times.
• Assist with stock control and inventory.
• Follow RSA requirements and hotel policies
