Waiter

As a Waiter / Waitress at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, you will be responsible for:

• Excellent knowledge of all food and beverage items served.
• Communicating effectively with kitchen and sommelier team.
• Meeting, greeting and seating guests in a professional and efficient manner.
• Presenting the menus and venue concept and taking food and beverage orders.
• Performing all duties related to restaurant opening and closing shifts.

As a Waiter / Waitress, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 40 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning, evening, and night shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
