Based at the Mandarin Oriental Wangfujing, Beijing / within Culinary, the Chinese Kitchen Commis 1 is responsible for Chinese Kitchen daily operation while operating in the established budgets and goals. The Commis 1 reports to the Chinese Chef.

工作地点为北京王府井文华东方酒店/厨房，中厨房一级厨师负责确保厨房日常运营，并达到公司的预算和目标。中厨房一级厨师向中厨厨师长汇报。

As  Chinese Commis 1, you will be responsible for the following duties:

作为中厨房一级厨师，您将负责以下职责：

• Support company’s philosophy and company culture using Departmental Legendary Quality Experiences on a daily basis to ensure Guest Satisfaction and the achievement of our Mission Statement.
• 严守酒店的经营哲学和企业文化，在每日工作中依照本部门传奇质量体验标准要求，以期达到客人满意和酒店集团使命。
• Uphold and enforce all hotel policies and procedures as stated in hotel colleague handbook.
• 确保员工手册中的酒店政策和程序得到贯彻执行。
• Be present and hands on in preparation and presentation of foods as required.
