Au sein de la Brigade de Boulangerie du Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris, vous rejoignez une équipe passionnée et contribuez à l’excellence de l’expérience client au cœur d’un Palace d’exception.
En tant que Stagiaire Boulangerie, vous accompagnez les équipes du Chef Guillaume Cabrol dans la préparation et la réalisation des différentes productions de la boulangerie. Vous participez à la mise en place, à la préparation des pâtes et des différentes créations boulangères, tout en apprenant les standards de qualité.
Cette expérience vous permettra de développer vos compétences techniques et votre savoir-faire, tout en découvrant les exigences de la boulangerie au sein d’un établissement de prestige aux côtés de professionnels passionnés.
