MISSIONS :
Le/La réceptionniste assure l’accueil des clients pendant la durée de leur séjour, de l’arrivée au départ, et les renseigne. Il/Elle satisfait au mieux le client et est tenu de vérifier que tous ses besoins et souhaits soient pris en charge d’une manière courtoise, professionnelle et efficace. Il/Elle doit être disponible entièrement pour les clients afin de leur proposer un service de qualité et assurer la satisfaction client.
