Role Overview

At Banyan Tree Dubai, our Waiters are ambassadors of gracious hospitality, delivering intuitive, personalised service that creates memorable dining experiences for every guest. You will anticipate guests’ needs, demonstrate excellent product knowledge, and ensure every interaction reflects the warmth, elegance and attention to detail synonymous with the Banyan Tree brand.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience

• Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their table where required.
• Present menus, explain dishes, daily specials and beverage recommendations with confidence.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly using the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages efficiently while ensuring presentation standards are maintained.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests throughout the dining experience.
• Build rapport with guests and personalise service wherever possible.
• Handle guest enquiries and resolve minor concerns professionally, escalating when necessary.

Operational Excellence

• Set up and prepare the restaurant before service according to brand standards.
