The Opportunity:

The Sales & Catering Coordinator is a central member of the Commercial Division and is responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales & Catering Managers and Directors.

This position assists with administering proposals, contracts, BEO’s, daily change logs, guarantees for events, analytical data reporting, and is responsible for general office administration. The coordinator acts as a liaison with the hotel’s Department and Division Heads in planning internal Four Seasons meetings.

What We Look For:

We are looking for individuals who are familiar with all aspects of the sales and catering process, have a solid knowledge of food and beverage, strong business acumen skills, have a proven track record displaying creativity and are an excellent communicator. A good working knowledge of all MS systems; Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Publisher are required. Working knowledge of Delphi and social tables is ideal. Applicants must also have a high attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and a can-do approach to any task are essential!
