We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Events Manager to join our dynamic team in Udaipur, India. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind creating memorable experiences and seamlessly executing events that exceed expectations. You’ll take ownership of every event from conception to completion, ensuring flawless coordination, exceptional service delivery, and outstanding customer satisfaction. • Plan, organize, and execute events across all venues, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and adherence to quality standards
• Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, timeline development, and resource allocation
• Develop and maintain comprehensive event budgets, conduct P&L analysis, and track expenses to ensure profitability and cost efficiency
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to communicate event details, timelines, and expectations clearly and transparently
• Lead and mentor event staff, providing training, guidance, and support to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations (HACCP standards) throughout all event operations
• Manage customer relationships by listening to client needs, providing expert recommendations, and addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Identify and implement upselling opportunities to drive revenue growth and maximize event profitability
• Maintain detailed records of event planning, vendor contracts, invoicing, and post-event evaluations for continuous improvement
• Conduct pre-event briefings and post-event debriefs with team members to ensure alignment and capture lessons learned
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for event management, ensuring consistency and operational excellence
• Monitor inventory, manage stock levels, and coordinate procurement to support event requirements
• Demonstrate flexibility and resilience by adapting to changing circumstances and managing multiple events simultaneously
