Outlet Manager

At Meliá Hotels International, we are looking for an Outlet Manager for our 5-star Hotel Victoria Gran Meliá , located on the seafront Paseo Marítimo in Palma, a hotel where elegance, timeless luxury, and exclusivity take center stage . We seek individuals with a passion for excellence and attention to detail, capable of leading the operations of our restaurants and bars, guaranteeing a unique gastronomic experience that meets the brand’s luxury standards.

Job mission:

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations (restaurant, bar, room service, etc.).
• Lead, motivate and develop the front-of-house team, ensuring a high level of service.
• To guarantee compliance with the quality, image and service standards established by the Gran Meliá brand.
• Control costs, budgets and profitability of the department.
• Manage inventory, orders, and supplier relationships.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by managing incidents quickly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and other departments to provide a comprehensive experience.
• Implement continuous improvement actions and upselling strategies.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in similar positions in 4* or 5* hotels.
• Training in Hospitality, Tourism or similar.
• High level of  English  (other languages ​​will be valued).
• Knowledge of economic and operational management of F&B.
• Leadership, results-oriented approach, and excellent communication skills.
• Organizational and decision-making skills.
