Café Clotilde, the restaurant of the recently renovated Hotel Maison Colbert – Melia Collection ***** , located in the heart of the Latin Quarter and a stone’s throw from Notre-Dame Cathedral, is looking for its future talent as an F&B Trainee (M/F ).

Main Missions:

• Listen to the customer and meet their expectations
• Advise and guide the client in their choices
• To be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction within one’s rank
• Prepare the customer’s order – food and drinks
• Announce and transmit the order to the kitchen
• Participate in customer service by respecting the service sequences
• Clearing and straightening the tables
• Cleaning of the various elements of the point of sale
• Cleaning of service equipment
• Clean and refill the consoles

PROFILE SOUGHT

• Student in a BTS (Advanced Vocational Diploma) in Hospitality/Tourism or in a Bachelor’s degree program
• Similar experience (internship/apprenticeship or seasonal work) in catering or customer relations within a hotel of the same standard is appreciated.
• Fluency in French and English is required. Proficiency in another language is an asset.
• Organization, rigor, and excellent communication skills
• Innate sense of customer relations and quality of service
