Founded in 2008 by Serge Trigano and his sons Jérémie and Benjamin (co-founder of Club Med), Mama Shelter is a creator of living spaces and a director on a daily basis!

YOUR MISSION

Our guests and teams are in great hands with you.

As Director of Food & Beverage, you lead the entire F&B operation, including the restaurant, bar, coffee shop, and event/workspace areas.

You are responsible for driving the profitability and performance of each outlet, while working closely with the Executive Chef on menu engineering, pricing strategies, and the overall food & beverage offering.

You recruit, lead, develop, and coordinate the entire Food & Beverage team, ensuring strong operational execution while managing the many responsibilities that come with running a successful F&B operation.

You ensure full compliance with hygiene, food safety, and operational standards at all times.

Above all, you make sure that every guest enjoys a seamless, memorable, and unmistakably Mama experience.
