Josephine is a waterfront Mediterranean restaurant at Rixos Premium Dubai in JBR, inspired by the sea and the spirit of maritime life. Originating on the shores of Istanbul’s Golden Horn and now charting a course for Dubai, Josephine brings vibrant coastal flavours, fresh seafood and generous sharing dishes to an elegant day-to-night setting overlooking the Arabian Gulf. We’re launching Josephine, an elevated Mediterranean dining destination at Rixos Premium Dubai, designed to become one of the city’s most sought-after culinary experiences.

We’re looking for charismatic and experienced Specialty Restaurant Waiters who understand that exceptional service is about much more than taking an order. You will bring the Josephine experience to life through warm hospitality, confident menu knowledge, attention to detail and genuine guest connection.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome and engage guests with warm, confident and personalised service.
• Provide detailed knowledge of Josephine’s menu, ingredients, preparation styles and signature dishes.
• Guide guests through the dining experience and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
• Accurately take and communicate food and beverage orders.
• Deliver food and beverages professionally while following Josephine’s sequence of service.
• Anticipate guest needs and ensure tables are consistently maintained throughout the experience.
• Confidently recommend additional dishes and beverages while maintaining a natural, guest-focused approach.
• Understand dietary requirements, allergens and menu modifications and communicate them accurately to the kitchen.
• Work closely with culinary, bar, hostess and service teams to deliver smooth and coordinated operations.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate concerns when required.
• Maintain the highest standards of grooming, cleanliness and restaurant presentation.
