Als Manager on Duty bist Du die zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Gäste und Mitarbeitenden während Deiner Schicht. Du stellst einen reibungslosen Ablauf in allen operativen Bereichen sicher und repräsentierst die Hotelleitung im Tagesgeschäft. Ein besonderer Schwerpunkt Deiner Tätigkeit liegt im Bereich Food & Beverage, wo Du die Servicequalität, Gästezufriedenheit und operative Effizienz aktiv mitgestaltest. Diese Ausrichtung ergänzt die bestehende Verantwortung des MOD für den gesamten Hotelbetrieb.
