Based at Mandarin Oriental The Landmark, Hong Kong within Information Technology Division in Hong Kong, the IT Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the Information Technology Department, ensuring the reliability, security, and continuous enhancement of the hotel’s technology infrastructure and systems. The role supports operational excellence across all departments, oversees IT projects and team development, and acts as a key technology partner to the business. The IT Manager reports to the Cluster Director of IT.
