F&B Coordinator

Anantara Hotels & Resorts is a global luxury hotel and resort brand rooted in Thai culture, with an intrinsic sense of authentic hospitality. Inspired by the Sanskrit word meaning ‘without end’, our spirit embodies freedom, movement, and harmony. We believe every journey should leave a lasting impression — for our guests and for our people.

Founded in 2001 in Thailand, we have since expanded across the world, welcoming guests in some of the world’s most captivating locales — from pristine beaches and private islands to ancient sites and vibrant metropolises. If you are driven by a passion for generosity, warmth and heartfelt hospitality, Anantara offers a career without limits.

Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done. Anantara employees are always encouraged to find new ways to look after the business, our guests, and their colleagues. Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:

  • To work as part of a team with colleagues to ensure timely service and the smooth running of the operation.
  • To understand and adhere to all hotel policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with regard to guest service, operational procedures, personal discipline, and grooming standards.
  • To ensure every guest interaction is handled in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner.
  • To maintain professional telephone etiquette and have a thorough understanding of reservation policies and procedures.
  • To be fully familiar with the services and facilities offered within the restaurant and throughout the hotel.
  • To liaise with guests regarding their comments and feedback, compile the feedback, and share it with the entire department for continuous improvement.
  • To prepare monthly reports and any other reports as required by management.
  • To closely monitor and prepare departmental attendance and overtime reports.
  • To coordinate with all sections of the department regarding the submission and implementation of training programs.
  • To manage and control all departmental collaterals and printing materials, ensuring they comply with established standards, including menu spellings, logos, and departmental practices, while promoting effective resource utilization and cost-saving initiatives.
  • To attend all required departmental briefings and meetings and ensure that all key points and action items are properly documented.
  • To perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
