Notre établissement est un boutique hôtel 4★, situé en plein cœur de Nantes. Avec ses 60 chambres, sa décoration moderne et chaleureuse et son esprit « maison de famille », nous avons à cœur de proposer à nos clients une expérience simple, conviviale et personnalisée.
Réceptionniste de nuit au Mercure Nantes Centre Passage Pommeraye, cela consiste en quoi ?
Vous faites partie intégrante de l’équipe réception et êtes le visage de l’hôtel pendant la nuit.
Votre mission ? Veiller au bon déroulement du séjour de nos clients tout en assurant la continuité de l’activité de l’hôtel jusqu’au matin.
Concrètement, vous serez amené(e) à :
La nuit, vous êtes autonome, mais jamais vraiment seul(e) : vous êtes un maillon essentiel de notre équipe et contribuez directement à la qualité de l’expérience client.
Vous aimez accueillir, rendre service et trouver des solutions ?
Vous êtes à l’aise avec les responsabilités et savez travailler en autonomie ?
Nous recherchons avant tout une personne fiable, souriante, organisée et à l’aise avec le contact client.
