About the job
The Host / Hostess is the first point of contact for guests entering the restaurant or outlet and is responsible for creating a warm, welcoming, and personalized arrival experience. The role manages guest seating, reservations, table allocation, and communication with the service team to ensure a smooth and memorable dining experience in accordance with the hotel’s luxury service standards.
