Sales Manager Wanted
Andaman Beach Hotel Phuket – Handwritten Collection is seeking a proactive and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our commercial team. This role focuses heavily on driving revenue through aggressive business development, client acquisition, and leveraging existing corporate and agency relationships.
The ideal candidate must possess an active, on-hand portfolio of accounts and a proven track record of converting new key accounts, with a specific mastery of the Group, Serie, and MICE (small meeting) segments.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Actively hunt and secure new corporate key accounts, travel agencies, and event planners to drive hotel revenue.
Segment Mastery: Maximize production and revenue across the Group, Serie, and small-scale MICE segments.
Account Management: Maintain and expand relationships with your existing portfolio of accounts to secure repeat business.
Contracting & Negotiation: Handle RFP distributions, corporate rate negotiations, and wholesale contracting.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor trends and market demands to proactively adjust sales strategies.
Qualifications
Portfolio Requirement: Must possess an active portfolio of accounts on-hand relevant to the Phuket/Thailand hospitality market.
Track Record: Proven successful track record of bringing new key accounts into previous properties.
Segment Expertise: Strong background and technical knowledge in handling Groups, Series, and small meeting MICE bookings.
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment.
Language Requirements: Native Thai speaker or Bilingual with excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
