Food & Beverage Supervisor

We’re looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team and help lead the day-to-day operations across Sola Restaurant & Bar and our conference and events spaces.

This is a hands-on role for a confident hospitality professional who enjoys leading a team, connecting with guests and keeping things running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Working closely with the Food & Beverage Operations Manager, you’ll play an important role in supporting your team, maintaining high service standards and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

What you’ll be doing

• Supervise daily operations across Sola Restaurant & Bar and conference spaces
• Lead, coach and motivate the F&B team to deliver exceptional service
• Coordinate effectively between kitchen and front-of-house teams
• Maintain high standards of service, presentation, hygiene and guest experience
• Assist with rostering, labour management and team performance
• Engage with guests, respond to feedback and resolve issues professionally
• Support new initiatives, promotions and events across the resort
• Help drive a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in hospitality or food & beverage
• Strong knowledge of F&B service standards and procedures
• Excellent communication and people leadership skills
• A hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
