Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an F&B Manager who is passionate about service excellence, gastronomy and luxury hospitality, with fluency in both Spanish and English.

As an F&B Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and leading the day-to-day Food & Beverage operation across the resort, ensuring an exceptional guest experience, compliance with The Ritz-Carlton standards, and effective management of our teams and resources.

Your leadership will be key to ensuring operational excellence, developing high-performing teams and contributing to the resort’s reputation as a leading gastronomic destination.

Your responsibilities will include…

• Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the resort’s F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquets, events, in-room dining and special concepts.
• Ensure compliance with The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards, delivering exceptional and memorable experiences at every guest touchpoint.
• Lead, motivate and develop F&B teams, fostering a culture of excellence, professionalism, collaboration and guest focus.
• Oversee staff scheduling, team organization and operational coverage according to business needs.
• Ensure effective coordination between F&B outlets and other resort departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Monitor departmental operational and financial performance, including sales, costs, productivity and inventory control.
• Support the preparation and monitoring of budgets, forecasts and action plans in collaboration with the F&B leadership team.
• Analyze guest satisfaction results and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, food safety (HACCP) and applicable legal and regulatory standards.
• Oversee the presentation and operational readiness of outlets, including mise en place, service standards and operating procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, drive revenue and optimize costs.
• Collaborate closely with Culinary, Rooms Division, Events, Revenue, Marketing and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluations and development plans for F&B team members.
• Effectively manage and resolve guest concerns and operational issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up and a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
