About the job
Based at the Emirates palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi within the Sales department, the Director of Sales – Leisure is responsible for directing and executing the Leisure Sales strategy and taking full leadership accountability for all key source markets, while being the main point of contact for the UK and German Markets. The responsibilities include leading the leisure sales team, developing new business, negotiating contracts and maintaining good relations with actual clients in order to meet and exceed the targets on rooms FIT and consistent with the brand image as outlines in the Business Plan. The Director of Sales – Leisure reports to the Director of Commercial Strategy.
