Location: Breda, Netherlands
Salary: €6.500-€7.000 gross per month + company car

As General Manager, you’ll be the heart of the hotel — leading daily operations, driving revenue and guest satisfaction, and building a culture where both guests and team members love to be.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and consistent brand standards
• Drive revenue strategy: pricing, occupancy, channel mix, and cost control to meet or exceed budget
• Recruit, train, coach, and retain a high-performing team; manage scheduling, performance, and development
• Own guest relations — resolve escalations personally, monitor reviews, and act on feedback
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, licensing, and labour regulations
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, payroll, and vendor contracts
• Maintain the property’s condition, coordinating repairs, renovations, and preventive maintenance
• Represent the hotel in the local community and with owners/partners
