MISSION/ PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITES :
Premier contact du client, vous êtes l’ambassadeur de notre marque et de notre hôtel.
Sous la responsabilité de votre chef de service, vous aurez pour missions principales :
Vous assurez un accueil chaleureux et de qualité à vos clients, et veillez au bon déroulement de leur séjour en accédant à leurs demandes dans le cadre des standards de la marque, en appliquant notamment les attitudes Novotel Spirit et vous incarnez l’esprit Heartist dans vos interactions avec les clients.
Vous renseignez le client sur ses diverses demandes et lui proposez une réponse adaptée à ses besoins en vous assurant de sa satisfaction.
Vous assurez les opérations liées à l’arrivée et au départ du client, et gérez les litiges en cas de besoin en veillant à effecteur un suivi auprès de votre hiérarchie.
Vous gérez la facturation et l’encaissement pendant le service et êtes responsable de votre fonds de caisse. Toute erreur / différence sera immédiatement remontée à votre Chef de Service.
Vous appliquez les recommandations tarifaires et cherchez à effectuer des ventes additionnelles en appliquant les politiques commerciales et tarifaires de l’hôtel.
Vous participez à la coordination de la gestion et l’attribution des chambres avec les différents services de l’hôtel.
