• Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations, health and hygiene standards, and company policies at all times • Train, mentor, and develop team members, providing constructive feedback and supporting their career progression • Maintain high standards of customer service by monitoring service quality and addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally • Liaise with suppliers and manage vendor relationships to maintain quality standards and cost-effectiveness • Conduct staff appraisals and manage performance issues with professionalism and fairness • Analyse operational data and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability • Communicate effectively with senior management regarding team performance, challenges, and opportunities • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with organisational requirements
