We’re growing! With 70 rooms currently operational and 120 additional rooms planned, we’re expanding to a total of 190 rooms.
We’re looking for an experienced HR Manager to support our existing hotel and lead recruitment for our upcoming club and resort.
Key responsibilities:
• Recruitment, onboarding and manpower planning
• Attendance, payroll coordination and employee records
• Employee engagement, training and grievance handling
• HR policies and statutory compliance
• Pre-opening recruitment and coordination with department heads
Preferred profile:
âś… Experience in hotel, resort or hospitality HR
âś… Strong communication, recruitment and people management skills
âś… Pre-opening experience will be an advantage
âś… Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred
